Electricity requirements [standard]:

Cross-connection: three-phase five-wire system cable more than 10 square meters, power 17KW/unit.

Chiller: three-phase five-wire system with more than 6 square meters of cable, power 6.5KW/unit.

Water tank treasure or antifreeze [standard]:

Refrigeration equipment will freeze when the weather is cold. In order to avoid freezing and causing damage to the water tank, you need to prepare 60L/unit of water tank treasure or antifreeze, which can be purchased in the auto repair department or 4S store.

Site Requirements [Standard]:

Cross-connection size: about 1686mm1050mm1660mm (length, width and height) Chiller size: about 1130mm680mm1200mm (length, width and height) The vacant distance from the extruder head to the water tank is 2000-2100mm, which is suitable for placing the cross-connection. The standard height of the cross-linking hole of the cross-link from the ground is 980mm, which can be adjusted up and down 40mm. Please prepare the place where the cross-link is placed according to the actual height of your extruder head from the ground. It is better that the chiller is within 3 meters from the handover line. The cable length of the cross-line speed synchronous wheel is 10 meters.

Ground wire 【Standard】:

The equipment needs to be grounded separately, and the grounding requires the leakage current to be less than 5V. Export static electricity, protect lamp beads, and avoid electrostatic breakdown.

Exhaust duct 【Standard】:

Cross-linking exhaust system interface: 200mm circular interface; the air cabinet needs to connect a 200mm diameter hose to the exhaust duct to discharge the exhaust gas generated by cross-linking.

Air pressure requirements [standard]:

Trachea interface: 8mm diameter trachea

Air pressure requirements: 0.6MPa to 1.0MPa
